We have used Lori tech twice, one for Mac, one for HP. Each time she came to the house, fixed our problems, taught us, guided us and gave us excellent service. Would definitely us...

LoriTech is a great local computer store. My family has come her since they opened and have never been disappointed. They have great prices and customer service. If you have any computer problems i suggest at least checking them out before you go to some big name store. more

The best computer techs I have ever worked with. They are willing to help and their service time for repairs is awesome. They are are willing to provide operator information to help me with my software. I love coming here because I know I will be treated well and get great service. more

They were totally helpful with their pleasing attitude. Updated drivers to latest 2012, cleaned my laptop and changed the thermal paste and fixed the issue within no time and for free. I think the organization is very competitive. more

Reasonable data recovery 12/13/2011

My Mac crashed and I needed to get 4 years of pictures off, including my infant daughter's first steps! You can imagine I was extremely nervous handing off my macbook to a stranger. But, from the moment I met up with one of their techs, I felt very comfortable. They said they would diagnose the mac for free and call back with a quote. They called back an hour later and provided a reasonable cost and I got my pictures and mac back the same day. Amazing service! more

Performed timely computer repair for my office PC 12/13/2011

At 6PM last night, my office PC decided to stop working. It wouldn't boot up all the way. This was big trouble since I needed to take care of my company's end of the year reports. I called up LoriTech and they came to my office 30 minutes later and got my PC to start up an hour later. I'm ecstatic that my PC is strong as before and I'm able to take care of my very important year-end stuff. Thanks LoriTech for keeping my business going. more

Very helpful & fast 12/1/2011

My hard drive was completely destroyed and I didn't have the money for a new computer for a week. No problem, they sold me a computer, told me I could pay for it whenever I wanted to pick it up. And in the mean time they gave me a free loaner computer. Thanks LoriTech! more

Very well-thought out and reliable service. They gave me a quote and followed through on the delivery date. The end results was more than what I expected as they also fixed my mouse pad and adjusted the keyboard. I highly recommend this service. more

I went to LoriTech, desperate, as I was in the middle of job e-mail negotiations, and my laptop had given up the ghost. Not only did the techs understand how I felt, they lent me a machine to use until I could decide what my next step should be. Great service, guys! more
