We were hesitant to try the place after it opened a year ago because it always looks empty...but we decided to take a chance as we were on the search for a good chicken tikka masala, after having had the best in New Jersey and New York several years ago.
Boy we were surprised! The chicken tikka masala was creamy with a slight tang of lemon. We were very happy. It was actually as good as the ones in New Jersey and even London! Believe us, we have eaten many variations of this popular curry at many places.
The vegetable samosa shell was slightly tougher than we were used to and the dal makhani had the additions of kidney beans instead of the usual garbanzo beans. Then again we are not experts on Indian food and enjoyed our meal in any case. The mango lassi was perfect, not too thick or sweet.
The service is attentive and prompt. They will also prepare your dishes in front of you (aka putting the portions on your plate) but you could probably ask them not to if you want to eat only a certain amount.
Pros: Good Value, Delicious Food, Nice Ambience
Cons: Few Diners, Low Traffic
