I have had all my auto work done by Joe and his crew for over 20 years. Never had a problem, always done right the first time.

Worst

ripped off huge. He told me my car needed a new alternator, and the battery was just dead . 7000 dollars later i was very upset. Never go there.

Good guy 11/10/2011

Joe found a very reasonably priced solution to repair the exhaust system of my nearly 10 year old car. This was my first time working with him, but he was great...scheduled the work around my calendar, and charged exactly what he estimated. Saved me hundreds compared to another estimate that I received. This was six months ago, and my car is still running well! more

Good mechanics, honest people 11/25/2008

My family has been taking our cars and trucks to Loranger's for well over ten years. On the RARE occasion there was an issue, it was always resolved fairly, which I consider the hallmark of a good business. We've always been treated with courtesy and respect by Joe and his staff. By the way, the "1-star" review makes no sense. Who would agree to a 7K alternator replacement? People who submit crank reviews should at least try to make them believeable. more

A great mechanic 8/21/2005

Joe Loranger is an honest, reasonably-priced mechanic. You may have a few cars ahead of yours, but it’s worth it. They won’t tell you something’s wrong if they can’t find anything, and they’ll always try to repair before they have to replace something. He's along I-90 on your way East to North Bend. It's worth the trip to save the money! more
