Great Service!!! 5/19/2011

My family has used Loomcraft for many years. My parents have had carpet installed in two of their homes. My husband and I had wood floors put in our old home at least 15 years ago. When we moved from that home we had wood floors installed once again. Just this week we had new carpet installed upstairs and are very pleased!!! The installers were very courteous and the service from Loomcraft has been wonderful!!! We highly recommend them for your flooring needs. more

In response to the comments left on this website, we would like to add that the issue with CJHUFF was a manufacturer defect. The day after the installation was completed and the issues were noticed, we had the owner out to inspect (we have documentation to prove this) and ordered replacement material at our own cost so that the Huffs would not be inconvenienced further by having to wait for a manufacturer's inspection. This was all done at no additional cost to the customer. \r \r While we appreciate the inconvenience to the customer, this was an issue out of our direct control and we tried to handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. After being in business since 1978, running 5 installation crews, and almost 50,000 installations, we feel that we do an exceptional job of handling the needs of our customers. We certainly cannot make everyone happy, especially if they are being directly fraudulent in what they are reporting. more

Frustrated 9/8/2009

We used Loomcraft many years ago with no problems. Lately there has been nothing but. First of all when our carpet was installed there was a flaw in it. It took several weeks for the owner ""Wayne"" to come out and look at it. He forgot the first time, but was very nice the second. Said he would have to order new carpet - which he did. They finally installed it after several delays - and then I noticed that the pad had separated under the new carpet. Today they were supposed to fix that. Well, they did not show , nor call - and I took half of the day off. The people that installed the carpet the first time were in and out so fast - they did not even put the furniture where it was supposed to be and my husband helped out tremendously by breaking down everything and moving it out before they ever got there. Same thing the second time.Customer satisfaction does not seem to matter with Loomcraft anymore. Very frustrating..... I was warned by a friend who had similar problems with her tile floors... I should have listened. more

Worst Ever 3/30/2008

DO NOT USE LOOMCRAFT CARPETS!!! I've been fighting with these people for over 2 years. Told me time and time again they would make it right, they never did. They poorly installed substandard flooring in my home. It was ultimately replaced costing me big $$$$$!!! I presently have a pending court action with them. more
