Lookin Good Salon & Day Spa

I love this spa! I had my birthday party there and they closed the place for my private party. Not only were the services phenomenal but they provided a beautifully decorated party room with balloons and snacks as well. I must add that my daughter has had bad skin for many years and they sell an organic skin care line that cleared her up saving me 1000's at the dermatologist. more

I have had massages at other places, but this was the best one ever! The Therapist really knew what she was doing; asking me what was bothering me before we started, and being very intuitive about how to alleviate the tightness in my back. They moved their location from Oak tree, and are located next door to Loucas in Edison. What a beautiful place, can't understand why people write this place is terrible. The staff is very friendly, and was helpful when I asked them about all the different services they have. Will defiantly be back!!!!! P.S I read that a person tried to use a gift certificate that was over two years old. Really, how can you be mad at an establishment that won’t honor it? Any gift card I ever received for any place, has an expiration time. These people need to get a reality check. more

The shop located in a new place now near jfk hospital edison , very bad experiences, i was so regretted, i should read the review here before i go for their services. I asked the hair stylist the price when she was mixing the color, she told me around $85, but at the end came out to be $155. (almost double) The color was not i expected , the color of the roots is much lighter then the ends, she said after few washes should be better. I was in a rush to send a friend to the airport, so i did not argue and just paid and leave, after another busy day of working, I went back the next day and the front desk say the hair stylist was off, and they can not do refund because the boss was not there. she suggested me maybe i can go to another shop to change my color and do reimburse here, i was asking for her confirmation if i really can do that, she said that was only a suggestion, she could not guarantee the reimbursement. I left with disappointment. she told me to call next week when the boss there I called them the next week and a big shot to me, the boss told me the front desk said i did something to my hair so my hair color changed color so they will not do anything .... so ridiculous, i don't want to waste any of my time in that salon, there only a lesson left for me that if the service you receive was not good just do not pay, once they got your money they treat you like shit more

I am very particular about where I go for my beauty services and since I just moved back to the area, I was weary about once again having to find a place to go. A friend recommended me and I made an appointment to get acrylic with pink & white overlays. Scott, the technician, was super gentle and did such a flawless job! I was sooo happy. Really airy atmosphere. Great staff. Yummy coffee. Definitely never going anywhere else :) more

This place was great. I was tightened up and I had to get loosen. i went to the spa in my free time for an hour or two and had a good time. I was in the spa and I was alone because I had come during the night time. I was all alone and relaxing. I told them to get me a Pina-Colada and I was sipping away. The next few weeks I was really feeling happy. more

If you want a Brazilian here is a place you can go that is not in a bigger city like Newark. The staff is really friendly and it is moderatly priced for the service. I have not beeen to the rest of the spa so I am unable to inform you about the other services that are provided. However, if you are looking for a brazilain wax, this place does it and does it very well. Tryies to minimize pain and discomfort. more

This salon is not the best looking salon out there, but they are very good in terms of their service and prices they charge. The staff is very friendly and they are very skilled at what they do. This place is located in an Indian neighborhood so when you are done, might want to walk around the different restaurants in the area. They are very good! more
