Lonnies Tree Svc

L & L came out and took a look at my property yesterday. I had a huge dead oak that needed to be removed and a maple that had a bad crack in it. They walked around the entire yard and clearly explained what other issues they spotted and gave suggestions how to fix each one.\r \r L & L quoted me a fair price and Lonnie Jr. was out the very next morning at 7:30 a.m. with a full crew. They took down a number of huge trees, trimmed a few others, and even cleaned my gutters for me. Each and every individual was courteous and polite. They were done, the yard was raked clean, and everything looked so much better than when they got there, all within a few hours time.\r \r I could not be more pleased with them. They did a great job and I would most definitely recommend this company for your tree trimming needs. In fact, as they were packing up, my neighbor came out and before I knew it, they were all up in the trees again working away.\r \r Great team! Totally impressed and pleased with them! more

These are the most ill-mannered, discourteous, and languid individuals you could deal with. I hired them and had my personal property destroyed, yard left a mess, and was treated maliciously. I heard from my neighbors and friends that they also take advantage of the elderly. This company should be put out of business! more

I have had my Austrian pines and spuce trees fertilized ""deep root feed"" several times by tree companies. Usually companies charge between 30 to 50 dollars a tree. After getting a flier at my home in Troy I called for an estimate and was shocked when they quoted me 1300 dollars to feed 5 trees!! I threw the estimate away but was harassed over the phone by the salesperson who attempted to ""work on the price"" because they were ""doing work down the street"" Stay away from this company! call Doug's Tree Care they were polite and reasonable. more

I would never use this tree service again. It took me TEN MONTHS to get my job completed, and only because I had to keep calling them. I actually had to stop in to the store and get one of the ladies inside to help me before they came out to take the dead tree down. When it DID come down, they threw all the dead wood all over our living landscaping and left it there. I called to have them come back, and when they did, they were so angry about me being dissatisfied that they literally berated me, swore at me and treated me like the trash they are! Not until I got my video camera out did they decide to actually pick up the dead wood, but the whole time they were spewing hateful, ugly remarks at me - the customer that paid them nearly $4,000 last fall. Lonnie, Jr. and his ""partner"" Tony were the people who were treating me like this. Cons: Rude, verbally abusive, lazy workmen - waited 10 months for job completion more

Did exactly what the order was written for, removed large 50 foot ash tree, ground down the stump and cleared the yard of everything. Didn't harm any grass or damage any other plants in area. Came a day later then planned but called to tell us so. This is the 2nd job they have done for us, would use them again. more
