Arrived for dinner at 7:40 pm on 9/30/05. Party consisted of 2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child. Was informed by hostess the wait would be 40-50 minutes. We waited about 50 minutes prior to being seated. Prior to seating, we noticed several tables were empty and the larger tables had only 2-3 people, but could accomadate up to 6-8. Ordered our drinks and an appetizer after a 5 minute wait at the table. After about 5 more minutes, the drinks arrive, but no appetizer. Questioned when it would be out and also if we could have the complimentary bread & butter they serve. Another 15 minutes, and a different server brought out our appetizer. The appetizer was very tasty, but the serving wasn't as big as anticipated. Again, asked for the bread and our dinner salad. Was informed it would be out shortly. Another 20 minutes went by and the bread and salad were brought out. Serving size for the bread only served 3 people and we had a party of 5, so we requested more bread. We also had to request drink refills. 5 minutes after serving the salad and small portion of bread, our entree was served. Again, we had to ask for butter for baked potatoes and more bread. We had practically finished our meal when the bread was brought to us. The butter never arrived. We spent a total of 2 hours in the establishment and the service and organization was very poor. The food was excellent.
We will return to this establishment to eat but I think we will see if lunch, or either a later or earlier time would be best.
