i agree it is a place to get on your feet but lets be real here. The truth is you have to watch you kids anywhere you go. We do have quite a few druggies on our streets. It is fun to take your kids fishing when there is fish in the little lake we have but we do have a lot of people fishing here that are not residents and nothing is done about it. Most people DO NOT follow the leash law and there are stray cats everywhere. we are told to call animal control to have them picked up and the truth is great if the cat is chipped it will be back on the streets in no time at all . We are over run by geese that attack animals and people. When they have their babies you have to watch them because they will attack you even if you are getting you trash cans to bring up getting in your car or going to get your mail. We flood badly when it down pours. Honestly we have 4 sex offenders in our neighborhood but if you are watching what you and your children do you will not find that you or your child are in harms way. I say if you are going to move here make it a short stay residence. Get on your feet and get moving. This is honestly the truth the police ""have told some people that you are brave to live here."" So think real hard and know your ways before you move here. The school system towards the front of the office is all Perrry Township the back 1/2 is IPS. Perry is a great school system so now you know the truth. Good luck on your decision if you are thinking about living here. more

Once you find the trailor, you are home! Other lot rents are friendly and helpful! Some tenants don't follow the leash laws but most do! My son loved waking up and going outside to fish every day! It was a great award for doing his homework and behaving properly! Pros: Cheap lot rent, lake side lots Cons: poor management more
