good service 7/8/2009

Their food is so-so (I must note, however, their seafood menu is better than other steak houses'), but they have a great manager so you get a great service once you enter the restaurant. Both manager and servers are attentive and well trained. They seem actually happy to serve you, which makes your dining experience ten times more enjoyable. I just go back just for their service. more

crappy managers and an overall crappy company! 1/28/2009

Do not support this store! Let it close down just like their Sawmill and Westerville Locations. They deny the locations closing until the LAST MINUTE when they decide to hold a meeting to let their employees know there "options". Take a crappy severance check so we can forget about you or transfer to another location that is already FULLY STAFFED where we don't really need you. If you do take the option of transferring to another location they treat you like a second class citizen and you'll barely get enough hours to pay your bills. Do not support keeping this restaurant open any longer! They do NOT support their employees so why support them! Did I mention their managers are JERKS! Pros: You get to eat while there staff works for below minimum wage and struggles to pay their bills Cons: managers! more

friendly place with great steaks 8/1/2006

This place has the best steaks. As an avid steak eater I can tell you that this is the best steak for the price. They steaks are perfectly seasoned with the right blend of spices, cooked perfect every time and topped with a unique lemon butter sauce. The atmosphere is a great setting that is casual and kid friendly. The service is always excelent as well. I visit quite a bit at lunch and dinner and I am always recognized by the friendly staff. I have visited many other longhorns in Columbus and other states and I have to say this one stands above the rest. I highly reccomend this Longhorn for a fun casual dinning expirience. Pros: service, food, managment always takes good care of me nad my family Cons: I almost drove past it the first time I went Its easy to miss more
