I can see how this would be a bit of a abnormality to most diners, but this is a darn fine place. Now if your use to all your food being one strong homogenized flavor you probably wont go for this place. The more sensitive consumer will find the dishes complex and unique. The soy they use for chicken is at first a bit off putting. It tastes all right, and I really like the fact that you have to ask for white rice allowing you to enjoy the wonderful brown rice unctuousness. The spring rolls are nice and freshly made, veggies have a wonderful snap to them. The mismatched water glasses that they've been using since I was 12 are still around, which I like, and its always very quiet, which is why I think its funded by magic. This place get a big boost for being a vegetarian joint, and I'd like it to make it clear I am not Vegetarian, in fact on many occasions I've eaten Bambi, so understand how good this place has to be for me to tell you its really good. its different and unique and worth trying because chances are you've never tried anything like.\r
Pros: Friday, lunch, Spicey Galic Chicken, Hot and Sour soup, eat, be full, be happy
Cons: Theirs an odd bump in front of the doorway that took me by suprice when I was 12 that I still have issues with.
