Long Lake-Pride Builders

I started my loan process back in December with Pride Builder aka Foxwood Builders, and I'll be 100% honist with you all because they where 100% present honist with me. I'm a single mom of three and the person putting my loan together Ms. Dora was so helpfull in picking a location and calling about updates and new deals. If I could get a hold of her that day she would get back to me the next because there are two people who work there are different days and you have to just wait and not just to conclusions. \r \r And as far as the Morgage company I went with Cornerstone, and there Loan personnel Ms. Connie and Ms. Suzanne have been a god sent. If you don't give all the facts of course they are going to request that information. But the fact is you have to do as they ask because everything they are asking is going to help you to get your loan approved and in a timely manner. For this being my first home by myself (because I was there with my ex husband when he bought the last one). From starting from scratch there will be long points. Its not like saying ""I want that one and 30day you move in"" its watching it be built. I've had a great exsperence. Pros: Friendly, careing, willing to go the extra mile more

i do feel your pain, exact same thing with me. after signing the contract its like pulling teeth just to get them to contact you or lucky if they answer there phone, im very dissapointed in foxwood and Would AVOID this builder. sloppy work all the way around.\r \r Pros: service response, dont happen Cons: customer satisfaction, no way more

Oh my this was our first home and three month after moving in, we were ready to move out .. There was plastic left on our shingles, Construction left over trash still trying to clean up. They are very nasty people .. if you want a good home do not i repeat do not buy from Foxwood builder or better knows as Landlake builders... Buyer please beware... Don't say you werent warned.... Pros: Easy to get into a home Cons: construction of the home is awful, builders don't do what they say or stand by there word more
