If you purchase an extended warranty from any dealership, they are legally required to refund the prorated difference that was not used (in terms of miles/time). Nissan of Garden...

Mike Black was a great salesman. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and above all, honest. He told me a price and that was the price I paid. I will always go back to Mike every time I need a car and will recommend him to anyone else I know who needs a car. He is the most honest and trustworthy salesman I have ever met! more

Your Daniel Garcia, finance manager, is outstanding, and your sales executive Dwayne Evans is outstanding. The three of them working together, headed by your Mark Farouq, is a team that would be worthy of an association with any company. Five Nissans have been purchased from your company by me and my family and I was delighted with the service, the concern, and their patience. Never before, have I spent so many hours in an automobile showroom with all of your associates making sure that I did not leave without making a purchase. I am thrilled with my car 4/11/2011

I am writing on behalf of an experience I had in your Nissan Dealership on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. In the years, that I've been driving, I've bought and leased cars from various locations that are in areas convenient to my home. After a frustrating experience at a different Nissan location, I found myself calling your Garden City dealership. I spoke to Kristen on the phone who assured me that my experience in your location would be worth the trip. So I packed my two month old and came over to Garden City, even thought there are two locations closer to my home. Kristen greeted me and referred me to Roosevelt. He was pleasant, honest and most importantly fast. My last experience leasing a car took 6 and half hours (at a different location). During my time with Roosevelt at Garden City, he kept me up to date on the status of my sale and got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. Not only did I leave your dealership in a short time with my new 2010 SL Rogue, but with a smile on my face. I am thrilled with my car, and even more so, with my expeience with Roosevelt. My husband and I are both Nissan drivers and will be sure to come back! more

Was a pleasure dealing with everyone 4/6/2011

Last month I came to Nissan of Garden City looking for a new vehicle. Within hours, I was shown the Rogue - took a test drive and before I knew it I had decided to lease. Next I came back two days later - my old vehicle turned in for a 2010 Rogue. I had to return to have the remote start and remote camera installed. Your service department is on the ball - both pleasant and professional. I was promised a rent-a-car at no charge. There were no problems. Everything promised was done. Victor, my salesperson, was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and took good care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone and I am really enjoying my new Rogue. more

I would go back in a heartbeat 4/4/2011

I was referred to Christian for the lease of my new Maxima. After hoping from every dealer on Long Island, I was realized to wrap up the process quickly and with little back and forth. Instead of selling me what he had there, he was able to get me the vehicle I knew that I wanted. I love my car and everyone at the dealership was great. The finance manager offered me ways to protect my investment, instead of shoving products down my throat. I would go back in a heartbeat! more

Nissan of Garden City is number one!! 3/16/2011

I wanted to thank you for the excellent, professional and friendly service you provided during my visits to Nissan of Garden City. I was very torn between the Nissan Versa and the car I ended up with, a Kia Soul. The dealership in RVC is within walking distance between my home and the LIRR and did factor into my decision. I regret that we could not do business but I hope I have an opportunity to recommend you at some point down the road. I just hope I made the right decision. Best of luck to you tho I don't think you need it... you are selling a fine product and in a very happy atmosphere. I was very nervous about shopping for a car and you made it a positive experience. I can understand why NISSAN OF GARDEN CITY is NO. ONE. more

Trevor and Marc worked quickly to get to the price I was looking for 3/10/2011

Left a deposit on a Maxima at another delearship when I arrived to pick it, it was not the car I wanted. It didn't have leather or any of the equipment we had agreed on. By the time I got to Garden City I was beyond jaded. Trevor and Marc worked quickly to get to the price I was looking for on the car I was looking for. When I arrived in finance, Brett didn't attempt to confuse me until I agreed to a higher price. I would reccomend them to anyone. more
