I choose them from word of mouth .My agent did everything she could and found us our dream home at the price we wanted and at a payment we could afford.She was always in contact either through phone,email or in person.I feel like they went beyond the call and they work very hard to make you happy. more

Best All Around 10/18/2005

Long and Foster i feel is the best real estate company by far.The agents work with you to help you find what you are looking for no matter how long it takes.They are quick to return calls and emails and keep you up to date on new listings that fit your needs and when time comes to close the deal they take care of everything.There rate is not bad at all because they preform well beyond the sale sending out cards and thank yous they are who id go to if your in the market. more

Rental no no 8/3/2005

Long and Foster agents have a bead line on an asortment of rental properties. Unfortunately most are way over priced for the area. The few we did get to see in the area were grostly misrepresented. Eventually the agent that we decided to deal with quit returning phone calls. Thus we went with a different agent. more
