Had the unpleasant experience of working with Long Dragon Realty this summer. Right from the start of the house purchasing interaction, the company has displayed an attitude as if customers are secondary. During the home inspection process, rather than answering questions buyers have about the existing property, the agent was too busy to conduct phone calls and brushed off any attempts by the buyers to engage the agent for specific questions about the property. Once I was able to gather his attention (approximately 20 minutes later), he has demonstrated that he had very little knowledge about the property (and this was property he is representing to sell for over 1.7 million dollars, you expect the agent to at least know some basics about the property). Other interactions over the next few weeks have proven to be just as bad. Good luck trying to get your phone calls answered (never once during the interaction were our phone calls answered after just one call, often it takes a second or third call to the company to get an answer). Subsequent deallings were just as bad. Promises by the company to the buyer were not delivered and we even witnessed couple of shouting matches within eye and ear site between the company employees when we were in their office. I felt like I was at a street corner brawl rather than a professional realty service company. If this is a typical interaction one can expect of a transaction of 1.7 million dollars, then I can't imagine how they are able to stay in bussiness. I would never consider working with this company again and I would encourage my collegues and friends to avoid this company. It still amazes me how they are able to stay in bussiness.
Cons: unreliable, unprofessional, unfriendly services
