I bought a vacuum cleaner. Arrived damaged and was not what I wanted. Returned it was told I will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. I never received my invoice, even though I asked for it at least 10 times and gave Mike (owner) my email address at least 6 times. I spoke with Mike and Rich (he did the sale) neither one of them ever mentioned anything about a restocking fee. One of the packages I sent back some how got lost (still trying to figure that one out). Overall a very unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. What I told my i will be calling my attorney he laughed as if he did not believe me. I'm waiting for my attorney to call me now Mike. You will soon be hearing form him.
