He introduced himself and asked me what the problem was. I shared with him the fan was not turning outside and he knew actually what the problem was and how to fix it. Gene look at my unit and noticed the "age" of it and NEVER ONCE asked me if I was ready to replace it. All he cared about was "saving" me some money. During a recent cold period, my furnace began making extremely loud noises. I contacted Mr. Gene Smith of Lonestar Heating and Air.
