During a recent cold period, my furnace began making extremely loud noises. I contacted Mr. Gene Smith of Lonestar Heating and Air. Mr. Smith scheduled a timely appointment, and much to my surprise quickly diagnosed the problem with the fan motor. Mr. Smith acted professionally, never attempting to sell me ?additional? parts or even a new furnace. Instead, Mr. Smith checked prices of fan motors, and presented me with a reasonable cost of replacing the fan motor. Mr. Smith graciously, (and without asking), ?fixed? furnace, while waiting for part, so my family would not be without heat.
