The sliders were fresh and fun! And they and the chicken avalanche were what had earned Lonestar a 4 rating....but after our recent order they needed to be downgraded to a two star deal... We ordered pulled pork quesadillas and it was not pulled pork. Pulled pork is delicious and typically involves some bbq sauce...this was plain pork, laid very thinly- hardly any meat between two flour tortillas w/cheese....and onions and green peppers? Neither were mentioned in the description and I'm not really a fan of green pepper. They came served with sour cream and salsa? This was not what we were expecting. I was envisioning "pulled pork" juicy, dripping in bbq sauce between two flour tortillas with cheese and maybe some extra bbq sauce on the side...very disappointing. If I wanted wanna be Mexican, I would have ordered that...I wanted bbq sauce, cheese and deliciousness...Uncle Jimmy's understands what pulled pork is, maybe Lonestar needs to do some research.... more

THEIR DELEVERY IS AWESOME 2/25/2011

AMAZING!!!!!!!! We just had our weekly staff lunch and each week we try something different. Today we tried Lone Star bar and grill (since they deliver now: 0) ) Every person was very very pleased. Berger was PERFECT, Mac-n-Cheese Bites (who knew they existed ) were amazing and the chicken fingers were mini chicken cutlets. To top it off this large order came to us in time without a missing item and free soda!!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK more

Great Place 5/19/2010

Simply put,a great place to hang out. The staff was very friendly, the inside is a nice wood bar, only to be outdone by the back yard. 12 T.V.s in total, 3 big screens in the yard so you can pretty much watch whatever game you want. The menu is what you would expect in a bar, and everything is delicious. Good jukebox, bands and patrons. Pros: Friendly staff, Outside yard more

Great Place to Relax or Boogie Down 7/1/2009

I was at Lonestar for an end of the year party and the place is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately it rained so we didnt get to take full advantage of the yard but my friends and I definitely plan on going back. By the time I got there the buffet was finished and my girlfriend and I ordered some food from the kitchen. The menu only had a few items but the ribs we ordered were hands down the best I've ever had. Great music. Staff was extremely friends. Only one bathroom stall-ladies room Pros: Awesome staff, beautiful yard, great music Cons: Limited menu more

Great local bar with friendly staff! It's got a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often! Love the jukebox- had a blast playing music I wanted to hear! Pros: People, Staff, Atmosphere Cons: I live too Far away from it!! more

Great times at Lonestar 6/30/2009

This is one great place to hang out with friends or to meet new ones. The bartenders and wait staff are top notch and if the owners are there they always go out of your way to make you feel welcome. The kitchen is open late on most nights and the food is excellent , I recommend the burgers, ribs, chicken fingers. Its a place to just sit back relax and have a great time. Pros: Great staff, outdoor yard, friendly atmosphere more

Great yard 6/30/2009

Nice bar with and new backyard. Good place to have a drink outside on a nice summer day. They now are serving frozen drinks so that is a plus. Stopped by on Sunday and there was a nice band playing. Good change from the usual bars around town. Pros: Outdoor yard more

Awesome staff...Fun bar 6/26/2009

Always have a great time. Casual atmosphere perfect to hang out with friends or catch a game on the screens, play some darts or plug in some tunes into the jukebox. The staff and customers are very welcoming and friendly. Good looking bartenders, fast service. The outdoor area is perfect for sunny summer days. Great bar to relax and watch the Yankees kick a$$! Met fans are welcome no worries. Bartenders are friendly and some are really cute! Good place to chill with the boys or buy your girl a drink!. Pros: Lots of TVs, Beer pong, dart board and back yard Cons: sometimes parking more

the drinks are on target. the bartenders have great smiles. The new deck is great if you are a smoker of if you just want to chill. Car service right across the street so I can leave me car at home. Great juke box selection. Pros: staff and clientelle very friendly Cons: i dont have any more
