Repairs that last 10/18/2011

Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance, they informed several additional items needed to be completed. They explained clearly. While the issues were not inexpensive the value of the work was so clear. It has been repairs that LAST and are QUALITY! Such friendly service. more

Refreshing 10/3/2011

We liked the way that everything was explained to us concerning the monthly payment. The finance department showed us how much our payment will b e each month for the price we got the car. Very straight forward which is just refreshing in a dealer. more

Polite when asked about costs that were higher than phone estimate. They looked it up immediately and adjusted the costs appropriately. In addition, they accepted my coupon from another dealer. more

Joe was very friendly and informative. I really appreciated the fact that if we had a question (running boards) that instead of just giving us an answer, he went to his manager to get the answer. He was very polite and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to deal with an honest salesman. No high pressure just good service. Russel in the service department is also great. more

I like how prompt the service department is on greeting me when I get there and how they explain what needs to be done and the cost without making feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of, which I wasn't. more

My salesman was David Rodriguez and he was great and the service department had a helpful attitude.David Knew exactly what I was looking for and could afford and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They gave me the car I wanted at the price and financing I wanted too, and they didn't keep me there for hours and hours. Thank you Toyota of Lewisville. more

Returning Customer For the Love of the Staff 12/10/2010

The customer service at Rene Isip Toyota of Lewisville was the best service that I have ever received when purchasing a car. They were extremely friendly and willing to do whatever they could do to satisfy me as a customer. I have never been more happy with a vehicle than I am with my Toyota. I will surely return to Toyota of Lewisville to purchase my wife a Toyota as well. more

I live in McKinney and purchased my car from Toyota Of Lewisville but because of their great service I go get my car serviced there whenever it is needed. I just had my oil changed yesterday and the service people are very friendly and helpful. My car was ready within an hour of bringing it in and while I waited I went to the deli and grabbed a bite to eat. more

I highly recommend Toyota of Lewisville 11/3/2010

They did a wonderful job!!! Karim was our sales guy he attended us very well. He was very informative. We went in just looking for what vehicle would best suit us and we ended up taking a vehicle home that same day. Garrett the finance manager was outstanding, he was very understanding with our financial situation. He made things work that were best for us not their company. I highly recommend TOYOTA OF LEWISVILLE!!!!! more

Smile and a handshake 9/29/2010

I was greeted when I entered the lot with a smile and a handshake. I was asked what type of car was I interested in and at that time I explained that I wanted an 09 Camry. He asked about what colors and features. I explained what accessories I wanted and we found a unit on the lot that worked for me. We took a test drive--it is a Camry after all and it had a smooth transmission. more

Outstanding costumer service 9/28/2010

I recently bought my second car from Toyota of Lewisville. I live in Mesquite and drive across town to Lewisville because of the outstanding customer service and honesty from the salesmen. Mike Warren is the best salesman I have ever done business with. He is trust worthy and makes car buying stressless and fun. I would recommend him and Toyota of Lewisville to anyone! more

Best buying experience I've ever had. My salesman was very patient and professional. I didn't feel pressured at all during the entire process. The entire staff seemed to all be excited about working there and made me feel very welcome. They have a deli there that has some great coffee. more
