I LOVE Lonestar. I stumbled upon it my first night alone in Salt Lake City when I became a ski bum, and I've been going back a couple of times a month ever since. In that time, they've raised the price of the fish/shrimp tacos about 30 times, but they're still worth it. The fish is always perfectly seasoned, the cilantro aioli perfects the tacos, and the crispy cabbage cools off the burn when you put too much salsa roja on. Guac is excellent and made fresh, chips are thick and crunchy, salsa bar offers a wide variety, the staff are very friendly and recognize me when I come in, and they've got beer! I love the atmosphere, decor, location, everything! Of course parking's tight, but like others have said, it's worth the walk. Seems I always want a Dos Equis and a fish taco after hitting the slopes on Sundays, though...
Pros: FOOD! They serve beer, convenient location, decor/ambience, fast service
Cons: tight/limited parking, prices go up every coupla months, it seems
