Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon

Of the numerous times I have eaten here I have only had one instance with a waitress who did not understand that when you said you wanted a fully loaded baked potato that you wanted the cheese and bacon pieces on it. She decided to argue the point but the management quickly resolved the issue and i will continue to frequent Lone Star for my steak cravings. The baby back ribs are good and tender and my teenage daughter loves the pork chops. I personally feel that they should put the peach cobbler on the menu all the time, not the apple but that is only my opinion. My wife would agree so she doesnt have to hear me whine about not getting my peach cobbler. Pros: good food, family and group friendly Cons: occasionally a poor waitperson more

The food is fine, however everytime we eat there the bill is wrong. We are ALWAYS overcharged and when we bring it to the attention of the waitresses they seem unwilling to correct the errors. Examples are charging for kids meals on the kids eat free days, mondays the burgers are all 4.99 (or something like that) and we were charged full price.
