I enjoy so many of the entrees here from the various steaks that always cooked to order and very tasty to the crab legs or shrimp that have recently been added to the menu. The steaks are marinated to ensure every taste is memorable - and a good memory. My favorite menu item would be the pork chops grilled normally. They are always very tendy and juicy with just the right grilled taste!! (I would not recommend the cajun style - - I tried these once and it ruined the experience for me - - the cajun seasoning is missing something...) This is a good family spot or good for a dinner date as well. Prices are excellent and service is also excellent - - my son enjoys having to bring food home - - the wait staff wrap the food in foil in the shape of an animal head - - very nice Texas touch!! Lone Star has the best ribs and steak in the area. The prices are very reasonable, service is excellent and the food is great. The rib meat falls right off the bone is tender. The steaks are cooked just the way you want them and trimmed clean before grilling with the right spices. The bread is the only thing that needs a little work.
