Called Lone Star on Monday. I had a broken window, they had someone in the area and he came overto look at it, I also had a replacement glass already for the window. I told them it was a single pane glass and the window was double pane. The guy looked at it and said he would come back the next day with a ladder and crew to replace it. Next day came and went with no one showing up.
Finally showed up on Weednesday at noon. I had a call i needed to be on so i gave them the glass, showed them to the window and went back to work.
While on the phone I heard what was obvously breaking glass. When I got off the phone my daughter told me they said the glass was too small and would not work and they left.
It was too small because they had broken it and then acted like they didn't. They were dumb enough to put some of the broken glass in the dumpster and left some on the ground.
Needless to say i found a more honest glass company to help me out. I would never trust these guys with anything of mine again. All i got from the expeience was two extra days without a window and another broken piece of glass... Lady on the phone was rude and they did not seem to want to resolve the issue at all..
