my family and i visited Logans on Friday November 12th and we were disappointed with the service rendered and the meal its self. my father ordered the special that cost over $16 which i believe was the serloin steak and shrimp the steak tasted like leather, the server brought us cold coffie and to boot with the granuals in the coffee. the bread took forever to be served the drinks came slowley as well. the server contacted his manager after my father was practacaly done with his meal, he was waiting but manager did not come till we were threw with our meal. it had been some time ago that we last visited Logan's becuase of the service and the poor taste in the food, we normally go to the Texas Raodhouse were service is always excellen event though the house is full and the steaks come out just to order. we will not return to this resturant for quite some time now but instead we will go to the Texas Roadhouse were the manangers know us so well we are on a first name basis. Sorry but when our bill is over $100 we expect to get good tasting food all our other orders were disappointing as well, but most unpleasing was the way the manager handled the situation, she apparenetly did not care for comments and the fact that we wer disappointed in the food. all she could say is she understood and that she would talk tot he cooks. how could she possibly understand if she was not consuming the meal. server was nice but not prompt
