This is a great hometown restaurant that has the friendly neighborhood feeling to it. The food is mostly homemade country style, and it is served family style which is quite unique anymore. All entrées and sides come in big bowls to share around the table. The feel of the restaurant is very comfortable and homey. I love visiting there because of that reason. more

Good food and long history 4/1/2006

The Log Inn offers a unique experience- the chance to dine in the same room that Abraham Lincoln once ate in. If you choose to dine family style (minimum of three in your party is required), you choose a meat and get unlimited sides. Their fried chicken is absolutely wonderful! They also have a meeting room that can be reserved for special occasions. more
