I cant say enough about Blasius Chevrolet. They are simply wonderful to work with. I had some previous credit problems and was getting the run around from a lot of dealers. I went to Blasius and spoke to Daryl in the Finance Dept. He was just wonderful. He took the time to listen to me and what I needed. He helped me find a car within my budget and treated me with respect. Everybody at that dealership seemed to go out of their way to be helpful and nice. Loehmann-Blasius, or more specifically, Bryan Minerly who worked with me at the dealership, made my first car buying experience a dream. Bryan took a great deal of time to answer all of my MANY questions, and walked me thru my concerns. He made recommendations for vehicles and features he thot would suit me after he'd gotten to know me a bit and what I was needing - I ended up with a '12 Cruze. Let me tell you - I am so grateful for, and happy with my new wheels EVERY day. Any time a question or concern has come up, Bryan has gotten back to me and solved any issue same day - yes, I know, it's amazing. I'm so grateful for how knowledgeable and patient he was with me, and how effortless he made the experience, that I've since sent my mother in to him for her new SUV (with which she was equally delighted), and without question, I would return there for any car needs I would have in the future! I had a wonderful experience at Blasius. I worked with Jason Rodriguez and he was able to help me find a nicer newer car than what I was in. I love my Chevy Cruze! I get great gas mileage which was a big reason for wanting to switch my car. Jason took the time to go over everything with me and made my car buying experience awesome. Blasius has my business! I had been searching for a car for about 3 months, going from dealership to dealership and all I wanted to do was quit. When I walked into Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac and met my salesman Jason Rodriguez that all changed. He was so personable and patient with me it really took all of the pressure off. I could just be myself, What was great is that they were so busy when I walked in so I knew that they must be doing something right when i couldn't park in front because it was full with customer cars. Cuz i'm sure i'm not alone when I say that I dread car shopping because you always feel like your being pushed into something that the salesman just picked out for you. But this experience was completely different. It took me about a week to get my dream car from there. The best part about it is that When I told him what I wanted my payments to be. And they were 20 dollars lower for the exact type of vehicle I wanted. I recommend them to anybody and everybody. I will likely never go anywhere else for a vehicle without stopping there first. more

I bought a car from them. They have not been standing by their warranty. They have not kept promises made during car purchase. They do not return phone calls. I had to take them to small claims court. they are absolutely horrible. Keep far away from these guys. more
