"Our cattle are raised on open pastures in Dover, Pennsylvania. They receive a strict diet of grass forages including perennial rye, wheat grass, red clover, white clover and fescue as they are continually rotated between pastures. Our animals are never in confinement, are never fed grain, and never given antibiotics, pesticides, growth hormones or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We allow our cattle more time and space to reach maturity. On average each animal has 1.5 acres of productive pasture and lives to 25 and 27 months of age before it is ready for harvest. This allows the end product to have developed much more intra muscular fat and therefore, greater flavor.
