Happy with them 7/3/2010

Expert’s guy showed great dedication and commitment while working. I called him to my residence so he could install locks to my sliding doors and windows. He spoke to me very nicely while asking my requirements and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. He got the job done well before the decided time and to a very high standard. I am much impressed by the quality of work that Expert’s locksmith has shown. I hired this service on the recommendation of my office colleague. I am not disappointed but feeling very pleased on my decision. That service man reached to my house well before the decided time and he was fully equipped with his toolkit. During the job there was no interruption that normally occurs due to various reasons. He completed the job very soon and asked for pretty reasonable price. Thank you Expert Locksmiths. more

Satisfied with installation 6/16/2010

I had read many reviews about this company when I decided to call them up for my work. In fact I hired Expert locksmith service for the installation of electronic locking system to some doors. I made an appointment for them over the phone. One of these guys showed promptness and was at my residence in a van. He discussed the project with me and pointed out characteristics of various electronic locks. After that he installed the one I wanted. He was much informative and knowledgeable about electronic equipments. He did just clear and awesome job. I am very satisfied. Thanks! more

Best in Town 5/24/2010

I could not be happier with the service Expert provides! They are absolutely great! I was so lost when I found that i had locked myself out of my apartment while out on a few errands (SO EMBARRASSING!) but thanks to Expert, and a quick dial of 411, I was able to get back into my apartment in no time. Their locksmith came to my place in about 15 minutes, and he opened that sucker up in like not even 2 minutes! I was so relieved! Anyway, if your as absent minded as I am, and you ever lock yourself out of your apartment, I would recommend that you call Expert! They are definitely, in my opinion, the best in town. more

Will Hire Again 5/24/2010

I needed a locksmith one night because I lost my car keys. I had a hard time looking for a locksmith because it was already late. Good thing these guys are available 24 hours. They were able to reach me on time and they were able to provide me a very good service. Will hire again. more

Great Experience 5/20/2010

No one, I say no one has ever made me feel as special as these guys. I told them the story of why I hired them. I was out one night and when I came home I found out my house got broken in and burglars took my most prized possessions. It was like a fire atta cked my house and left nothing but ashes. I was depressed like anything. These guys fixed my security system, alarms and locks. And the best part, in one of my saddest moments they made me smile. Thanks more

surprisingly quick and cheap 5/17/2010

I was on my way to work when I had to stop to pee. When I got back, I found out that my car keys are missing. I tried to find it but I couldn’t. I eventually gave up. I called the locksmith I have been hiring for a long time, but he cannot replace transponder keys. I had to look online for locksmiths that can do this. I fo und like 3 that are available but boy did they cost a lot. Then I came across the site of Expert locksmiths. I was surprised that they offer transponder key replacement in a very cheap price. I contacted them right away and they gave me the detailed quotation promptly. I asked them to come to me in an instant –and they did. Within 20minutes my problem was solved and I went on my way to work. Good job expert locksmiths! more

Having not had good experiences with locksmiths before, I was surprised by Expert. The person answering the phone was polite and accommodating. The locksmith arrived when they said he would; he was friendly, very professional, spent the time to explain to me what the problem was and what he was doing, gave advice afterward, and cleaned up after their work. Highly recommended. more
