Gosh, it can be stressful when you are locked out of your house. I am blessed though and my neighbor was happy to let me wait in her house for the technician to arrive. I wish the cost was less than what I paid, but the man was nice about it all. But thank you and God bless you and your family. more

I'm just going to not lose my key again... 4/9/2011

I wasn’t exactly thrilled when I found half of my car key. The worst part is that I didn’t even realize that it was broken! I found these people on my phone. I can’t say that I’m thrilled at spending 250 bucks for a key, but considering the fact that it is an 08, What else could I expect? more

They were here in a half hour and had my door opened up for me in less than fifteen minutes. Overall they provided me with really good service and quality work. more

God bless you and your fantastic team - i needed all the locks on my business replaced as we finally got rid of one of our partners. I booked an appointment for Saturday and i was pleasantly surprised they were no additional charges it being the weekend. Great clean work. thanks more

Fair and dependable. 2/5/2011

Lucky me, my friend used them like a week ago when she lost her keys and the number was still in her phone! So I called them to open up my locks and it was business as usual! The tech was here in like an hour and it took him another 30 minutes before he was done, but at least now I can say that it wasn't a horrible experience. more

You're not going to find better service providers! 1/31/2011

I didn't think it was too funny when my son decided to try to pick the front door lock with a paper clip and break it off inside, jamming the lock. So I called these guys and they were able to salvage the lock for me. They had to take the whole lock off to do it!.. But bottom line is that I now have a funny story from it.. My son said that he wanted to know how he could open up the door for mommy in case she was locked outside. Thats my boy! more
