Worst

The Doctor tried giving my dog all the shots she already had without asking ne because the staff forgot to mark down that they already did them.( they did not forget to charge me)...

A vet you can trust 6/22/2011

I have been coming to this office for 10 years. Dr Joe was recommended by the rescue I adopted my first dog from. I now have 4 rescue dogs. I trust Dr Joe, his staff, and his groomer, as do other rescue groups. He always takes the time needed with my dogs, and I have feel rushed. I have one very sick dog, and they have cancelled other appointments to see her. I work in the rescue world and know a lot of vets. I could go to any one of them, but I really like Dr Joe and his staff. I also feel good knowing the groomer, Cris, is right there in the office. She does a great job with my dogs. I could not recommend this office more. more

very pleased daddy 3/23/2011

I'm very protected of my kids and my new puppy. We got her from a shelter with a few bacterial infections. Dr. Joe treated her and myself with a lot of care. I was really happy that he took his time to talk to me about the situation. I can't get that attention from my kids doctor. Our little one is slowly recovering. His place was very clean and the staff was nice to. Thankyou dr. Joe for helping our precious puppy!!!!! more

overpriced, and not helpful 10/2/2010

The Doctor tried giving my dog all the shots she already had without asking ne because the staff forgot to mark down that they already did them.( they did not forget to charge me) I tried asking general questions and no one could answer me, they talked down to me and left ne waiting for 45 min. before they told me the Dr.was done and not retiring to the room. Then tried to charge me over $40 for 1dose of flea medication after they told ne it would be $10. I will NEVER return. more

not a good groomer here 9/2/2010

I find Dr.Caffarini and his hospital staff wonderful I wish I could say the same for his in house pet groomer. I have read her extensive credentials and she is considered a certified master groomer, master butcher is more like it. I dont think much of a groomer that injures your pet as far as drawing blood and does not even call the injury to your attention. now my pet is traumatized. I would not let this person trim my child's stuffed teddy bear. enter at your animals risk.\r \r this review is intended for the groomer only and has no reflection on the great work at this animal hospital. more

Not Happy 4/16/2010

I brought my 7 week old kitten in because it was very lethargic. The Doctor said it was dehydrated. They told me to add more water to the KMR I was feeding him. They then gave him deworming medecine. That night he got diahrea and was having trouble breathing. I rushed him to another vet and they gave him fluids and an antibiotic. The could not beleive a vet would give a dehydrated kitten deworming medicine. Unfortunatly my kitten died the next afternoon. I will not bring any of my animals to this place again. more

They were very nice with me and my dog. 2/17/2010

I came in very upset and they were very patient with me and took a lot oftime fixing my little dog Baby, she was injured at Best in Show grooming and not only did the doctor fix her up quickly I can barely tell where she was cut. I do not think there will even be a scar. I did find another groomer in town who I trust but I will return here for all Baby's medical needs. more

Since taking out beloved Mama to this place, we continue to take her there for her shots. People are very friendly. Prices reasonable. Clean! Lots of parking. more
