I have taken all of my animals there for many years. Something has changed over the past few months. My cat has digestive problems and has been there quite a lot over the past 3 months. The Drs. can't seem to offer any treatment other than drugs and enemas and those are only short-term. When I voiced my frustration and told them I would take her to another vet, they sent her home without cleaning the mess the enema caused. Pros: front office staff Cons: everything else more

Excellent Veterinary office 8/17/2009

I felt compelled to write a review after reading the negative reviews here. We've been visiting this office since our pup was 8 weeks old (now 8 months old) and have never been treated with anything less than caring and professional service. personal and caring office 7/17/2009

Our golden was 12 when diagnosed with cancer. Dr Rey and her staff were amazing with helping us through his terminal illness. Megan at the front desk always has a smile for you, or on our golden's last day a hug. We will always hold a special place in our heart for Dr. Rey, as she guided us through a very difficult time. You will never just feel like a number at Loch Haven, they take the time to know their clients. Loch Haven is an amazing place with amazing people. Best Veterinary Hospital in town by far!!!! 4/2/2008

I recently moved to the Orlando area and after having everyone I know tell me that Loch Haven Veterinary Hospital has such a caring staff I decided I had to go check it out for myself. The staff lived up to my expectations from the moment I walked in the door the receptionists were so caring and friendly, they just wanted to play with my dog while we were waiting in the waiting room. I can not speak enough about Dr. Martin he is so understanding and really takes time to listen to any concerns I had plus he was wonderful with my dog who is usually terrified to go to the vet. I recommend if you are searching for a vet to go check out Loch Haven, I think I found my new Vet! more

The staff needs to get its act together 2/27/2008

I'm a former customer and needed a prescription filled, so I called to ask what I would need. They told me bring medical records from current vet, and I'd be set. The very next morning, after schlepping to my vet, getting copies, and driving to Loch Haven during rush hour, I was then told they would not fill it as per their policy - a policy which was never mentioned when I called the previous day. No one seemed to care that I just wasted a morning doing what they instructed me to do. more

Dr. Martin and the rest of the staff are very caring and truly OUTSTANDING 7/12/2007

From the moment you walk in, the employees of this animal hospital are so kind to you and your pet. Dr. Martin is thorough and is able to make your dog feel at ease. While I live in Orlando I would never dream of going anywhere else. more
