Local Garage Door Rpair Redmond

On service call, the person showed up quickly. Estimated time of repair- 7 days After 7 days, it became 14 days then 21 then 2 months. Finally, some other company guy showed up and said that I didnt need complete replacement. Called up service number of 4254400785 several times, now my number is blocked by them. Called up from another number and thats blocked too. Turned out that the last number was a proxy so no one from a big company can reach them:) PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.. more

If I could give ZERO star I Would. This is complete scam. Some middle men who take contract from naive home owners and then sub contract to someone else. They take money upfront and then never pick up phone to check for service completion. The reviews are posted by their own folks so pls stay away. more

Here is what happened: I called them up because there results showed up on my search engine. The guy was prompt and came over in 30 min. Did the inspection and took the full money with the fix date 1 week later. Then the problem started. On an assigned date, he didn't show up, then apologized when I called him. this continued for 3 months and finally they fixed the door but with a different color on it. Now I am trying to get them to come paint the door but no response. The 5 star reviews seem like written by their own people. Stay away from them more

I already gave Wardell a stellar review the first time so, just coming back with more of the same. :) When he came out last year he said the spring would be the next thing to go and lo and behold - a few weeks ago it did just that. I called Wardell and he was out that afternoon, fixed the spring in about 45 minutes and for a decent price. That's about as easy and painless as it gets. Awesome. Wardell was super nice, pleasant, easy to work with and knows what he is doing! He installed a new garage door opener for me with keypad, changed the light, showed me how it all works, charged me a decent price and did it quickly! Something strange was going on with it several months later (not to do with his install...it was on someone else's frequency) and I just called him to ask about it and he told me over the phone how I could reset it. Nice guy! more

This was a great experience. The phone was answered quickly when I called, and Rob this garage door company showed up exactly when he said he would for a quote, which was extremely competitive compared to the others I received. On the day the work was done (replacing a garage door and adding a few things to another one), Rob showed up as scheduled, was extremely polite, did his job well, and cleaned up after himself. He took great care with our belongings and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. I really appreciated his work and would definitely use him again. more
