When I built my house 4 years ago my builder installed a state of the art Wayne Dalton iDrive garage door opener that turned out to be the biggest POS known to man. Not surprising the company yanked them not too far after being on the market and not surprising that my builder (who is now defunct) continued to install them. It never worked properly and a few months ago went out all together. Worse, my cable was messed up so I couldn't even manually get my door to open. After spending months of dragging my trash can through my house and down my front steps to put on the curb for weekly pick-up I decided it was time to invest in a new garage door opener and cable. My garage door opener stopped working on Monday morning. I called Steven and from the get go it was a great experience. Before he even offered to come out he had me check a couple of common problems. Unfortunately, it was not a common problem, however, Steven made it out to my house the same day to check things out further. He attempted to swap out the motor which did not fix the problem. Finally, he tried switching out the logic board with a scrap one he had in his truck. This didn't fix the problem either, which meant that the opener was dead. Steven gave me a few options for replacements. I could buy my own and he would install it for a hundred bucks, or he could get me a professional liftmaster for a bit more. I opted for the belt driven professional liftmaster so it would be more quiet. Steven came back out on Friday since I was having other work done and would be home. He showed up on time, and had everything installed and tweaked in a couple hours. When he was done he walked me through the whole system and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the new unit happy. I was incredibly happy with the work done and would recommend Steven to anyone needing garage door repairs or installations. more

Excellent work, Eli was willing to send someone out the same day in the evening, because I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I told him I could wait until the next day. The tech arrived on time the next day (a Saturday, with no extra charge) took a look at our problem and gave his recommendations with total price. I took his advice and in an hour the work was done at a reasonable price. more

I called late Friday about my broken door - they completed the work within 1 business day. The gentleman (John) was extremely informative and took extra steps to get things working that were outside of the main repair. Excellent service! more

They've came to my house like 4 times... One time for the sensors, the second time the springs, third time because the chain got stuck, and the fourth time (and hopefully last) to just replace the entire garage opener. It's relatively easy to make appointments and they can come within a day or two. It's not cheap but there's no choice since we have to move the cars in and out of the garage. more
