I've used Phillip a couple of times for some door repair work and just recently for a tricky remote control issue. He is very friendly, efficient and fair. In fact, I had to insist that I pay him for what was - for him - a simple task but stumped me for over a month. What's important for home services professionals? They show up and accomplish the work they promise in the proscribed time and budget. Added benefit is Phillip is an my town-friendly kind of guy and you have a winner. Thanks this garage door repair company! more

very nice honest guy charged me less when he came out 9/6/2014

Mark came out to perform a main visit on my garage doors, when he got there he said they were in good shape so it was going to cost less then the original agreed upon price. My garage doors are now smoother and quieter while costing me less money then I had planned on. more

easy to make an appt 8/9/2014

They've came to my house like 4 times... One time for the sensors, the second time the springs, third time because the chain got stuck, and the fourth time (and hopefully last) to just replace the entire garage opener. It's relatively easy to make appointments and they can come within a day or two. It's not cheap but there's no choice since we have to move the cars in and out of the garage. more

his arrival was on time 7/30/2014

The technician, Oleg, arrived on time and quickly provided all options and pricing. Despite the freezing temperatures in January, he completed the work in a timely fashion. Absolutely no problems at any level. Price well worth the product and service. more

From the lady that answered the phone to Mike the service guy, excellent customer service! Mike explained everything to me and I felt confident that the job would be done right. He phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was so polite. I am going to let all my friends and neighbors know this company is the best! Thanks!! more
