Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. He was very friendly even as I watched him work to learn how the pros install doors. He was nice to return two days later, on short notice, to install the weather stripping after I painted the trim around the new door. Their customer service is excellent and their products are top quality. more

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. I called at 6A, left a message, and got a call back by about 8A. They arrived by about 10A and did a great job. They were very polite. I would definitely call them again. more

Much to my amazement I called this garage door replacement & installation company because I wanted to have some new garage doors installed. Problem was; I didn't have a clue what I wanted. They told me not to worry they would help me in the process. They sent a tech to my home and they showed me every option under the sun. They had a variety of styles, designs and materials. I ended up choosing glass garage doors and they are excellent. more

The office staff was very professional as well as the tech. technician. He was very polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Technician called ahead to tell me when he would arrive and was on time. more
