Loca Luna is much better than it's newer sister restaurant next door. This is an upscale restaurant, but food choices are varied from Italian pizzas and calzones to large "Jethro" cuts of meat, excellent seafood Mexican. Highly recommend the "combo" salsa and cheese dip. Entree prices are varied, you can eat here fairly cheap or splurge for the 25$ meal. Service is excellent. Some of the same waiters seem to have worked here for years. Outside dining is shady and romantic at night. Private party room accomodates large crowd, but need to call ahead early. They have a beautiful wood bar which is a really nice place to wait for a table.
