We were passing through Asheville and decided to stop and have dinner. Thank God we happened upon this place. What a great experience. Live music quietly played in the background. The menu is absolutely perfect and the food was great. One member in the group said it was the sweetest lobster he had ever eaten. I will be back someday. more

Very interesting beer from Oyster House brewing company, this is the only place you can get it outside of the actual brewery. Cornbread appetizer was delicious. Waitress brought complimentary house trout dip, which was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend the shrimp and grits and crab cakes! more

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Lobster Trap. We took advantage of call ahead seating which gave us a big advantage on a busy Saturday night. Good food, a good Blues band and a wonderful server. more
