Finding a repair you can trust is hard to find now days, especially for a female. At no given time, did I feel being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge to my vehicle. The counter gentlemen JR, treated me with the up most respect. They even remember my name when I came in for the second time. Ladies, scared about taking your car in for repairs, afraid they will try to do more than what is really needed, afraid you will walk out with a $500 bill. Not at Loa's. They will not do anything extra to your car with out you approval. I strongly recommend Loa's Tire and Auto Service to everyone. There has to be a reason they have been in service for this long time and it's because of the service they provide. Thank you so very much Loa's for treating me with respect. PRISCILLA more

Excellent service!! 7/31/2016

This is the second time I've been to LOA's! Both times everyone has been so nice and accommodating! They always have great specials! The lady ( I'm not good at remembering names) is the nicest! She remembered me from the first time! Being new to the area I don't know many people, but she definitely goes above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable! They are upfront and honest about what you need for your vehicle!!! Will come back and refer them to others! ! Thank you!!! more

Awesome Customer Service 7/9/2016

Needed a oil change, we in let them know I had a coupon for a free oil change they treated me with such great customer service, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Keep up the good work. Loa's Tire and Auto Service is where I will go for any car service I need in the future. more
