Bad customer service, need to be more friendly and the employees need to look like they actually like there job, even if they hate it.
I called and asked if they had a 93 Jeep in there yard and the man told me that he was one man in a single small building and could not go look. I decided to chance it and drive there because I really needed a door.
Turns out they did have a 93 Jeep in their yard, however when I went to go pay for my parts, the worker was not in the building where you pay. I waited a good hour for him to come back after hunting him down and panicking because I needed to get to work. I was very mad because he told me that he couldnt leave the building and look for me, but he was gone when I got there.
When he came back, I said ""I have been looking for you forever"" Turns out he was getting a part for a customer in La-Pine, but he couldnt do that for a Bend customer?
Otherr then that, since you-pull the prices are great.
