Wish I would have found these reviews before I spent thousands of dollars on a new engine and install. The engine was bad, they don't stand behind their warranty. They have horrible customer service and I believe this is the worst business I have ever seen. If anyone knows of any lawsuits against this business please let me know. I have obtained an attorney to pursue this issue.\r more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I was at their Honda parts office twice (3379 Sunrise Blvd.Rancho Cordova, CA 95742). First time the customer service guy told that they have what I need and asked me to wait a little bit until they will find it. I was waiting for about one hour, and during all this time he was telling me that ""don't worry they are looking for the part I need"". And then he said I will find it by myself and he needed five minutes to go some where and came back. When he came back he told me that they don't have what I need. And that is all what he said, nothing about apologies. The second time I asked about airbag cable, and the customer service guy told me that I can come tomorrow and I can buy it. I asked him if he is sure that they have it. He said : ABSOLUTELY! When I came on the next day that guy was not there, and the guy who was there told me: I don't care what he told you, we don't have that part. No apologies at all. THAT IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. HORRIBLE. more

Worst Parts and Worst Service 9/17/2010

If I could rate a company any lower i would. i have had 4 failed engines and trannies. I had to eat all the labor cost on all of them. it took them almost a month to rebuild a motor under warranty as the car sat at my shop. After spending over 4000 dollars at their business in the last year or so, they refused to give my customer a discount on a warranty (I asked for 300 dollars off a 675 dollar 3 year warr.) I talked to the sales manager, who was the rudest person i have ever had to deal with. I lost 4 customers due to them. I'm sure they will lose a lot more. more

Terrible Company 1/19/2010

I have similar experience...They sell me an auto transmission and also I purchased a warranty. They told me the warranty will cover me. But they don't stand behind it. You know what, it is just two later and I just ask one mechanic (They recommend me that mechanic) to put it in....How should I say? Call the following number: 800-952-5210 to complain.? more
