worst waiting. my dr is Fanous and i used to love this office until i have to wait 45 min to even get noticed. whats the point of having an appt more

Dr. Dominque was my dr. My experience with her is she comes in to talk to me maybe for less than 5 minutes. She asks if I have questions when I do, she gives unclear answers. Most times I had to go home and google most things on my own. The last straw for me was during my last pregnancy. I needed a D&C and Dr. Dominique didn't come to consult before or after the procedure. I was being rushed to OR walking because she had other patients. I was so emotional during and after the procedure her actions made situation even worse. \r \r The girl who did my sonogram who btw was pregnant herself was thoughtless and cold when disclosing my baby had no heartbeat. \r \r I will not be going back to that practice on my next pregnancy. more

Horrible Experience at this place.Went in for a checkup for abdominal pain, had a sonogram/ultrasound and then after i walk into the room and find out that my doctor steps out. Her medical assistant/nurse comes in and tells me my appointment is over and to just follow up in 3 months. After going home confused I decided to call back and found out I had an ovarian cyst. So i just started taking the medication prescribed for it, felt sick to my stomach so i called my doctor at MacOBGYN and never got a call back. Ended up going to a hospital one night because of the medication. These people are just plain unprofessional or maybe it was just my experience here. more

Avoid this facility. They are incompetent and unprofessional. The front desk staff are the downfall of this office. My doctor was Collette Dominique. Her nursing staff had no clue what they were doing. I have been to this office three times and the obgyn has yet to examine me- how a obgyn accomplishes this , I will never know. However this is just an example of the level of service they bring to the table. more

Dr. Livingston is part of MacArthur OBGYN located across from MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas. He is very active in the community and involved in not only helping his clients, but also educating the community about pregnancy, contraception, and STI's. He is actively involved in reaching out to teen's and helping them throughout their pregnancies and educating them on prevention of second pregnancies as well. He actively participates in frequent educational opportunities to speak within the school district on pregnancy and achieving goals even if you are a teen parent. He is very passionate about helping teens overcome obstacles and achieving goals. He will even share his story and his wife's story as a testimony to overcoming hardships and making your goals a reality, which really has an impact on teens. He has seen most cases from unhealthy teen pregnancies to healthy adult women as well; therefore he has a broad range of experience. Overall he has a heart for his clients and stays up-to-date on research, data, and technology and intergrating it into his practice as well. \r \r He has excellent bed side manner and is very approachable in anything you want to discuss with him. Nothing catches him off guard! He is also accessible via e-mail, portal account, and facebook for consistent questions and answers. more

Mac Arthur Obgyn is wonderful overall. This is my first pregnancy and my doctor is Wynetta Freeman. She is great at what she does. She is always there to answer my questions, and makes me feel so comfortable. The staff as well is always willing to help in any way each and everytme. I would highly recommend Mac Ob/Gyn to any expecting mothers. more

This is my 2nd Pregnancy and being that my last was 8 years ago it almost feels like my 1st. Dr. Freeman has been an excellent Doctor.Anytime I have had any pregnancy issues she has given me a solution almost immediately and is very efficient at answering my questions . She has definitely made this experience a comfortable one for me. I'm 7 months along now and I look forward to her delivering my baby. I also have to give kudos to the nurses and front office staff who are also always so friendly and inviting. more

Mac Arthur OB Gyn is a wonderful place to go to for prenatal care. Dr. Freeman is a great doctor, she is very nice and caring, she makes me feel comfortable. I would advise anyone looking for a OBGYN to chose Dr. Freeman, she's great. Also the staff is very friendly and nice & the office is very clean and organized. I strongly recommend Macarthur OB Gyn! more

Dr.Freeman was great! She is very friendly and professional about what she does. She makes you feel like you're more than just a patient, like if you were a close friend. Her personality is great. She's outgoing, laid back, and funny. I can't complain about anything. She answers all your question and explains everything to you. For example, What they're gonna do to you, why they're doing it, and anything else you may want to ask. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had! more

My wife was treated very poorly from the ultrasound tech that did not have any concern about her dignity and how he handled her ultrasound or any outcomes. We called to discuss this and complain and we were told that it would be taken care of. Oddly enough, she was referred out to another patient and told that she had no cyst when the tech told her that she did. Cons: Do not go to this clinic more

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Livingston by some friends after suffering a second pregnancy loss in 2009. We were a little apprehensive with making a decision to try again, but after meeting with Dr. Livingston we were excited about restoring our hopes on becoming pregnant again. Pros: Mac/Ob Gyn staff are all efficient and professional. more

My husband and I went on a search to find an OB/GYN last December (2007) when I found I had become pregnant. We were very happy when we came across Dr. Dominique's name. We researched her and had decided to see her. She was very warm and friendly. We ended up losing our baby in January, but Dr. Dominique was a strong presence in our lives. She conducted the DNC and offered counseling services. She seemed very genuine in her concerns for us and sympathized with us. My husband and I are now expecting again, and we wouldn't go to any other doctor. Pros: You will get undivided attention with a personal touch. Cons: You do wait for a little longer, but it's all worth it. more

Livingston is a very good ob .U guve him five stars. He answers any questions you may have for him and he always gots the answers. he delivered my baby girl who is now wo years old. He has also delivered many babies in my family and til this day my family members are still getting treated by him. He is the best out there and is a very good choice. So any new patients out there looking for an ob or gynecologists Livingston is the one. more
