Hardest clinic to make an appointment 2/15/2012

So i needed to make an appointment to the livingston medical clinic. I called on a friday and i was on hold for almost an hour and no one picked up. On saturday i called again and was on hold for about thirty minutes until i decided to just leave a message and they would say they would call me back. Its already wednsday and they still havent called back. Im really dissapointed in their service. more

CONCERNS ABOUT THIS GROUP 2/24/2010

Just moved to Livingston in retirement and needed new physician in the area. Went to their office in person and turned over medical records from previous physician in southern Cal and made appointment. Needed to change the appointment. Called their office around 3:20 pm. Took 4 minutes on elevator music before someone finally answered the call. Then was immediately put on hold. Kept on hold for 10 minutes until the phone disconnected. Hope this is not a preview of things to come with these folks or it will be a short and rocky romance for sure. Pros: New patient--don't know yet Cons: Very poor administrative staff response more
