Looking for a great water store in north county? I was too!
I found a little store in Encinitas called ""The Water Store"" Please read our story before you go!!
After going through the first batch of water .. My son and I went back for more!
We went back and raved about the quality and taste and were more than happy to join their Water Member Club that they had to offer we got your second batch of water and home we went.
The following day one by one my family started to complain that the water taste was strange (like some sort of chemical bleach or cleaner) not what we had tasted the first time at all... It also, left us with a slight film on our tongues. VERY STRANGE!
We even tried another bottle thinking that it was just the one bottle but, we soon found out it was the same with the next bottle!
The next day my mother and I went back to ?The Water Store? to see about getting to the bottom of this? we wanted our great tasting water back.
We spoke with the owner about what happened and how bummed we all were? His only words were this is just RIDICULOUS I have lots of customer and YOU are the only one that complains. (I did not drive all the way from Del Mar to Encinitas to try and receive FREE WATER!!) I let him know that I was so happy with the water that we first had and just wanted what we had the first time.
He stood there and crossed his arms was very unhelpful with the heavy bottles full of water and treated us like we were not even in the store and proceeded to help other customers while we were standing there ?. He was not having any conversation with us in any form.. When my mom finally asked him what do you want us to do with the water? He just shrugged his shoulders.
My mom suggested to him that we could dump it in the plants outside not to waste any water. ? He answer to my mother was WHATEVER!
This kind of Customer Service is something in this day and age is something we all can do WITHOUT!
