Best Local Preschool 4/7/2008

We love Living Savior: Our son has attended Living Savior Preschool for the past two years and it was one of the best things we have ever done for him. He has attended daycare (which we thought he loved until he met Ms. McCullough and Ms. D'Amato at LSP!), Music Classes, Art Classes, Sports Teams, etc but nothing has ever captivated him as much as the program at LSP. The teachers are so caring and the curriculum is fun for the children. The best part...our son's teachers have been able to instill excitement about Jesus that we hadn't been successful with. From 1984 to 2007 4/7/2008

I went to Living Savior Preschool in 1984, and now my son is attending. I would not consider sending him anywhere else. The staff really becomes like family to you and your child. I have seen so many positive changes in my son's life that is directly linked to the involvment of this preschool. Pros: Wonderful teachers with years of experience! more

Wonderful Learning Experience 4/7/2008

I have been involved with Living Savior Preschool for 3 years now, and it has been so wonderful for my children! The school itself is set up great for the children to have multi-sensory play and group play activities. They also do a wonderful job teaching the children about the Bible and about Jesus. I am so blessed by the staff and teachers who give their time to the children in such a caring way. I did my research before I chose this school, and it is the best place I could find for the amount that they charge. The rates are very reasonable. I will miss next year, because my daughter is on the young end for her age, but we will be back in 2010! Can't wait! Pros: Car-Line Drop-Off and pick up and morning and afternoon times. more

HERE'S WHY IT'S THE VERY BEST!!!! 1/28/2008

I looked into a lot of preschools and easily decided on this highly recommended school. Here is why...my son had never been left w/ anyone and he is a real shy ""mama's boy"". The staff/teachers are so incredibley gentle and nurturing! They have a wonderful orientation day before the school year where my son got very comfortable/excited about attending. His teachers have been there 17 and 20 years and their experience shows. I wasn't sure about the carpool drop-off and pick-up lane at first. It's turned out to be the best thing! It is easiest for the childrens' seperation from mom or dad and I love that I can stay in the car w/ my baby in our jammies! Everyday my son comes home w/ crafts and does fun things like play w/ shaving cream. It has taught him wonderful social skills, good manners and bible basics. Very highly recommended! more

Academics are taught through play, such as matching games & finger plays. Cognitive skills are encouraged with a games, puzzles & art materials. Outdoor & indoor playground equipment provide an opportunity to stretch & exercise.

    We have incorporated “Handwriting Without Tears” into our fours program to help them with their writing skills. Our other focus is on socialization: our preschool program sends your child to kindergarten ready to learn.
    Our programs allow the students to interact with other children in appropriate ways, wash hands before eating & after using the bathroom, wait for his turn to talk or play with a toy & other life skills.
