A series of snafus which were eventually attributed to a key employee's vacation. Ok, everyone deserves a vacation, but they did not own up to their mistakes. In the end it cost me $30 to return the merchandise and I got what I needed elsewhere with no pain. Wish I had gone elsewhere to begin with! more

Very Satisfied 2/5/2010

I did a bit of shopping on the internet. Littman's prices were competetive. Light fixture came when promised. No problems at all. It was fast and easy. The only complaint I have is when I ordered it, the girl on the phone was a bit abrupt telling me she had other calls to answer. more

fan repair 5/2/2008

I bought some expensive fans years ago when I bought a new condo. The prices were very competitive but more importantly when the fans needed to be rebuilt they were very helpful. I could not get one down without scaffolding and they were able to explain how to switch the flywheel without taking the fan down.\r Great customer service! more

Lights Lights Lights 11/18/2005

When purchasing our new home we needed to find a chandalier for our foyer. We went to Littman Bros and they have a large selection of chandeliers, light fixtures and more light fixtures. They have all types from hanging to standing to wall mounted. we were able to negotiate alittle and found a crystal hanging chandelier for our foyer. We went to several lighting stores and Littman has probably the most inventory and brands. more
