We hired him to come in and install a drain pipe heater on a freezer that had a freezing problem on the line that sends water to the condensor pan when it defrosts. He charged a $85 service call to come out, and the total was $250.00 for a 20 minute job! He was very secretive about what he was doing and would not let us see his work. We found the part here in town for $11.00! What a rip off. I would look else where before going with him! I will NOT BE GOING WITH THEM AGAIN! more

I had three other companies in town out to fix the same problem and NOBODY could tell me even what was wrong with my washer...one guy couldn't even figure out how to take it apart. I waited around all day and took off work to meet him there, and he couldn't even take the washer apart. I am so disgusted! I knew from calling around that Littlefield was more expensive than the others, but after having so much bad luck with the cheaper guys, I finally just decided to bite the bullet and get it taken care of. Littlefield came out the same day, told me exactly what was wrong within 5 minutes and had the part in his van. The $189 was more than I hoped to pay, but after paying for THREE service calls from dumbnuts who didn't know what they were doing, I should've just called Littlefield in the beginning and saved all the time, headache, and having to pay service call fee's to the others. I think I will stick with Littlefield from now on...even though he's more expensive than some of the other guys in town, I know what I am getting, he comes when he says he will come, and does fast work. more
