The management company believes its okay to charge a $75 fee that is hidden from the public to transfer ownership of a home in one of the subdivisions they manage. In the words of Bill Little, owner of the company, ""this fee is disclosed to any real estate agent who asks and to the closing attorney in advance."" So you'll only find out about this fee if your agent asks or when you read your HUD statement. This is dishonesty at its finest. Neighborhoods should mobilize and vote out these crooks from their HOA neighborhoods. more

Little & young realtors are the worse rental company in Fayetteville,NC. They are so unprofessional with handle issue. They are not pet friendly at all. There HOA board members are most races people I ever met. You been warn!! Please don't rent or lease from little & young more

OK, first of all, let me start by saying that I have actually rented from Little And Young in the past. I had a one year lease in a condo in Long Leaf Villas and there were NEVER any problems. As a matter of fact, I was so satisfied with this Realty Company, I am looking at another house they manage and will more than likely end up renting that property. more

I lived in Barton's Landing as an owner and they were the worst property mangers I have ever experienced. I lived on the property for 8 years and eventually moved (sold) because I was VERY unhappy with their ability to property manage the community. They would NOT grandfather in owners, the pool was always in a mess (tiles broken, gate not working). The roofs always leek, the so called ""security"" gate is broken- ALWAYS. I have had friends move to Fayetteville (military) and warn them DO NOT rent or live in a community that Little & Young manage. They are NOT professional!!! STAY AWAY!!! more

I have only been at Stewarts Creek Complex for 7 months and I already dread coming home. Little and Young Realtors is a huge disgrace! I will NEVER rent from these realtors again. If I could go back and NOT sign my lease, I would in a heartbeat. I have never met such ruthless, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and disrespectful property manager's in my entire life! I also have never met people who have such disregard for the Armed Forces and their families! They will be the first to point the blame at the renter and they never take responsibility for anything that is THEIR fault. If you ever have something wrong with your apartment, they will take WEEKS to get back in touch with you and once they do get back in touch with you, you're stuck with a massive bill from whatever was needing to be fixed and they REFUSE to comply whatsoever. (I was left with an $800.00 water bill due to a problem with my toilet. PWC respectfully lowered my bill by 30% and I was left with a $500.00 bill and mind you, my water bill has never been more than $43.00. The manager's of Little and Young REFUSED to comply with fixing my water bill and I was told it was MY fault. I find it to be absolutely unfair and I stand by my actions 100%. My intelligence was also belittled by me not knowing you could turn off the water to the toilet. When I spoke face-to-face with one of the manager's about this issue, all she did was make fun of me. She didn't even have enough respect to talk to me in her office! Instead, she yelled at me in front of PAYING RENTERS.) Little and Young's manager's cannot do their jobs and once you call them on the carpet for it, they blame you and everything turns into YOUR fault. I have never been spoken to so terribly before. Not only was my intelligence belittled, I was called a liar and told I was stupid. It does not matter how old you are when you're renting from these realtors because they will always have the audacity to speak to you as if you're a 5 year old. The only reason I am in this godforsaken apartment still is because my husband is an active duty soldier here at Ft. Bragg. After speaking with one of the manager's, I will never give them respect again because respect is not deserved within this realtor because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT RESPECT MEANS. - Also, people leave trash everywhere! The dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing and it's absolutely disgusting. People who have dogs never are respectful and clean up the dog poop! They leave it EVERYWHERE. You are also told that you cannot have pets weighing more than 25lbs and I have seen a handful of pitbulls, rots, and other dogs CLEARLY WEIGHING MORE THAN 50LBS. Infact, the people above me own a pitbull. I could careless about the type of dogs being here, I care about the UNSANITARY ACTIONS WITH FECES ALL OVER THE PLACE. It's more than pathetic that I have called multiple times complaining and they will sit there on their ass calling you a liar because they can't stand up for their faults! They still have yet to take care of my complaint. I can't even walk outside without almost stepping in dog poop. Plus, the smell is sometimes horrific! All Little and Young want is money and I'll be damned if they get another red cent out of me! I will write all the reviews I can about this realtor because it's the truth and I don't want people getting screwed like my husband and I have! I cannot say it enough, the deception within this realtor is baffling! THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE WITH LITTLE AND YOUNG. more

I don't even want to leave a star for these people. A month after I moved in we had a huge weather system move in and part of my ceiling fell in because of the roof. I put 100 gallons of propane into the tank in the back yard and in less than a week, it was gone. I've called the office and haven't heard back. The fire place is in terrible shape, the entire living room is full of smoke that we're now having to use for heat, since it's December. If you have a chance, do NOT rent from these yay-hoos, they are terrible! more

I couldn't be more disgusted with how a company is being run. These are the worst property managers I have ever seen in my life and I have seen quite a few property managers seeing as I invest in properties on the regular. I wish I had never gotten mixed up in a property involved with Little & Young. The are the worst procrastinating liars I have ever dealt with. Do your self a favor and save your self the headache of having to deal with these people and hire someone else to do the job right! more

I?m not going to say much about Little & Young, but if you want to see them go down then I suggest keeping an eye on these two cases in the N.C. Court of Appeals. Meek v. Little & Young, Inc., Docket Number COA 09-1541; and Little & Young, Inc. v. Meek, Docket Number COA 09-1542. These actions involve the Implied Warranty of Habitability, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, and Retaliatory Eviction. Little & Young is also a defendant in an action in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of N.C., Meek v. Dep?t of the Army, et al., Docket Number 5:09 cv 422-D. The allegations against Little & Young in that action involve violation of the N.C. Debt Collection Practices Act, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, Mail and/or Wire Fraud, and violation of the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act. If you haven?t guessed, I?m the guy named Meek in all three of those actions. I?m deploying to Afghanistan in January 2010, and I want it to be known that if anything happens to my family while I?m gone (such as the incident when someone stuck a gun in my wife?s face to freak her out the night before one of the trials), then when I get back, if Little & Young thought I was a pain now, they haven?t seen nothin? yet. Pros: If you're a slumloard, this company is for you! Cons: Doesn't care about the properties, or the customers $$$ more
