found an EXTRA LONG HAIR in my thai sesame chicken. i let grubhub know about what happened, but the restaurant did not refund me for my full order. i explained that i was not going to eat any of the food i bought anymore, most of it was left, and that i wanted a full refund, which i was given.
then the restaurant calls saying that not all of the food is there. DUH, WE ATE SOME UNTIL WE SAW THE HAIR IN THE FOOD. most of the food was there.
grubhub calls back again saying that they're on the other line with LTK and that they're pissed and want their money and they lied to grubhub about the order.
so this is not anything against grubhub, but the restaurant.
more
