I have been going to this animal hospital for a couple of years now but recently within the past 6 months I have noticed a steady decline . My personal experience has changed completely since I have noticed many new faces around here. I began coming here because they used to have a very friendly manager that always welcomed you coming in through the door or on the phone. If I ever needed something taken care of she would either do it right away if she could or tell me when she would have it done by and always followed up with me to check and see how my animals were doing and I had no questions. Since she has been gone the new staff is very impersonal and the doctor is rushed.If I get the female doctor she seems confused and incompetent. I do not knw what has happened here but this is not the place to go any more. If anyone out there knows of a good animal doctor, I welcome the suggestion.
