I have been bringing my 2 1/2 year old son to this clinic since he was born. We have had some issues with them wanting to refer our son (who suffered from 9 ear infections in a 6 month period) to an ENT. We had to wait until his ear drum ruptured, BUT that wasn't the kicker. We brought our son in thinking that he had broken his leg in a fall. The doctor took xrays and told us that it was a bone bruise and if we kept having troubles that it might be a fracture in his growth plate and then we would need to bring him to an ortho specialist. He kept having problems so we took that xrays that were taken at this clinic to his ortho specialist and guess what... he had a broken tibia...clear as day. It was 3 weeks since that visit and my child went without a cast or any other support and it was too late to do anything for it. We had to give him tylenol and ibuprofen to get him through 2 weeks of pain. We trusted them. I think the worst part of all of this is that we have tried to call them and tell them what has happened but their office manager Susan will not return our calls. All I was going to tell her is why we were no longer going to come to their clinic and that I do understand that sometimes doctors will make mistakes, but she will not even give my child compassion about what happened to him by returning my phone call. Shame on you, shame on you. I guess they will gladly take your money and time, but when they make a mistake they don't have the decency to say I'm sorry for a mistake that they made. We weren't even going to ask for our money back for our visit, I just wanted an apology. Now we are fighting the visit with our health insurance company to not give them a dime.
