Little Red's Automotive Collision did great work. I know they tried to give me the best price and experience as possible, but I know they had difficulty working with the insurance company on that. It was definitely not a problem on their part. It was my first time using them, and I used their services because I was looking around for local businesses. 4-5 months ago, someone hit and run the side of my car and I took it there for repairs. The work was great and better than any of my experience before. I hope I wont have to use them again since I don't want to get in another collision, but if I ever need to, I definitely will. more

I was not going to use my insurance and had to pay cash. They worked with me on the price and did an excellent job. Everything was completed on time and to my liking. I took my car to Little Red's Automotive Collision after my car was swiped in a hit and run while it was parked on the street. Everything went fairly good. The body work came out well and their communication with me throughout the process was good. When I originally dropped my car off, they had to call me back to bring them another key. The one I gave them got stuck in the ignition. That was not really their fault though because it has happened to me before. When I picked my car up and opened the door I noticed that a piece of the weather stripping was coming off. I had to take my car back and have them glue it back on for me. Other than that I was satisfied. more

This place is AWESOME!! The owner Gus was very attentive and detailed with what was needed to fix my car. Even though I went to his establishment without my husband I didn't feel as if he had taken advantage of the circumstances. Very professional and finished my car by the date promised. I have used Little Red's Automotive Collision for two things. The first issue was that a piece on the rear of my car needed to be replaced and another time they replaced my windshield. Little Red's Automotive did a lot of body work on my car. They repaired all of it in the time they initially allocated. It was done without any problems, making my first time there a good experience. more

The job Little Red Automotive did was done well. There wasn't much service about it; it was just doing a job. They were quick and efficient. A guy backed into my car, so they had to replace the grill and hood of the car and then repaint the fender, bumper, and the hood. It came out pretty good and they did get it done in a good, fast time too. I dropped the car off on a Monday and wanted to have it back on Friday and got it back on Friday. The one concern I had was that I'm not sure they really understood the difficulty about getting replacement parts. My car is a Subaru, which is very hard to get parts for. The person who was taking the order didn't really comprehend the difficulty of getting the parts ordered. It takes longer for them than for anybody else. They did manage to get them; I just don't think they got ordered until Tuesday, so I was worried they weren't going to have enough time. They got it done, but it was just a little spooky because I knew it was a situation they had no control over. The cost was high. It was covered by insurance, since the accident was not my fault. It cost almost $4,200 to replace the grill and the hood on the car. It was very pricey. It was well done and came out beautifully, but if I had paid for it out of my own pocket, I'm not exactly sure what I would have done. They're good people and they got the job done; it just seemed like the costs were enormous. more
