The job Little Red Automotive did was done well. There wasn't much service about it; it was just doing a job. They were quick and efficient. A guy backed into my car, so they had to replace the grill and hood of the car and then repaint the fender, bumper, and the hood. It came out pretty good and they did get it done in a good, fast time too. I dropped the car off on a Monday and wanted to have it back on Friday and got it back on Friday.
The one concern I had was that I'm not sure they really understood the difficulty about getting replacement parts. My car is a Subaru, which is very hard to get parts for. The person who was taking the order didn't really comprehend the difficulty of getting the parts ordered. It takes longer for them than for anybody else. They did manage to get them; I just don't think they got ordered until Tuesday, so I was worried they weren't going to have enough time. They got it done, but it was just a little spooky because I knew it was a situation they had no control over.
The cost was high. It was covered by insurance, since the accident was not my fault. It cost almost $4,200 to replace the grill and the hood on the car. It was very pricey. It was well done and came out beautifully, but if I had paid for it out of my own pocket, I'm not exactly sure what I would have done. They're good people and they got the job done; it just seemed like the costs were enormous.
